Cancellation/Return/Refund PolicyFor all décor jobs a $50 dollar non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date on our books. This money will be applied towards your total on the day of your event. Any other money paid in advance of your event date is 80% refundable with at least 30 days notice prior to your event date. Cancellations closer than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of any money already paid excluding the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation within 1 week of event is not eligible for any refund of quoted price. Any refund or discount of fees due is solely at our discretion. In the event that this is an add-on order while we are on-site you will be billed to cover any additional costs that we incurred as a result of your request. All Bouquet orders for delivery are subject to a $7.50 minimum cancellation fee. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before there scheduled delivery time are not guaranteed any refund of charges. |
