How Late We Can Accept Your Order
Most standard items can be delivered the next day. Custom items need to be ordered at least one week before desired delivery. Our offices are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mon-Fri and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, central time.


Where We Deliver
We deliver balloons in the Fort Worth/Dallas Metroplex, including most suburbs. Check our delivery zone chart to see precisely where we deliver and if there are any additional delivery charges for that area. Call for pricing on decor deliveries.


Delivery Times
We offer two time slots when ordering helium balloons, 10 am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-6pm. The actual delivery is guaranteed to take place within the time frame you select. A minimum 24hrs turnaround is requested on all orders to insure quality. It is possible to make arrangements for deliveries within tighter time frames if you call us during normal business hours, Monday through Saturday, at 817-439-2267 and a fee may apply.


Standard Delivery Charges
Charges range from $0 to $30 for our standard delivery area for bulk balloons and some other items. Price is determined by distance from our shop based on zip code. View our delivery zone chart to determine your delivery fee. If your zip code is not included call 817-439-2267 for your rate.


Restrictions On Helium-filled Balloons
The following facilities will not allow helium-filled balloons on the premises or have restrictions on the type of balloons permitted.

*Fort Worth Convention Center will not allow helium in it's facility.
* Reunion Arena will not allow helium in it's facility.
* Public high schools will not allow any balloons; some private high schools will.
* Balloons are not permitted in prisons.

We guarantee to deliver the product you order, to the address you provide, during the time you specify.


How long will helium balloons float?

The longest floating balloons are made from foil or plastic. They will remain full and float for 7 to 14 days on average.

Latex rubber balloons will float for varying times. The larger the balloon, the longer its floating time. A liquid sealant, Hi-Float, can be used to extend the float time by coating and sealing the inner surface of any latex balloon larger than 9". We automatically treat all of our helium filled latex.


9" Balloon 12 hours
11" Balloon 20 hours plain; 3 days with Hi-Float
16" Balloon 40 hours plain; 5 days with Hi-Float
36" Balloon 72 hours plain, 6 days with Hi-Float


Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

There are two types of balloons - foil (often erroneously called mylar) and latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable, but can be recycled. Latex balloons can't be recycled, but are biodegradable. See our Balloon Facts page for more detailed information.

What Goes Into Calculating The Price For Decor?

Our decor pricing will include a Base Price and a Set-Up Fee.

• The base price is the charge for labor and materials to produce the decor.
• The Set-up Fee is the charge to transport equipment / materials to the location.

Do We Provide Consultations?

Yes we do, and the initial consultation at the event site, your home or office is free of charge. If additional face to face meetings are required by you, then you will be billed at rate of $100 for the first hour and $60 for each additional hour. If we deem the meeting to be in our best interest we reserve the right to waive this fee at our sole discretion. Additional quotes or revisions carried on via phone or email will be free of charge.
