My name is Kim Holcomb CBA and I am the owner and a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA). I sincerely welcome your inquiries or comments. We serve the Fort Worth/ Dallas metroplex and surrounding areas here in North Texas . Our goal is to make your event even more special and memorable with our balloon creations. I have been creating unique decor and bouquets for many years and I have completed the process to become a "Certified Balloon Artist".  The CBA designation is awarded by Qualatex Balloon Company after an individual has undergone testing and training in design and in operating a business.
